About the Charlotte Harbor Visitor & Convention Bureau
The Charlotte Harbor Visitor & Convention Bureau’s (VCB) role is to increase awareness of the Charlotte Harbor & the Gulf Islands area domestically and internationally. We represent the communities of Boca Grande, Charlotte Harbor, Don Pedro Island, El Jobean, Englewood-Cape Haze, Little Gasparilla Island, Manasota Key, Palm Island, Placida, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda.

Marketing strategies are targeted to encourage leisure and business travel including individuals, families, group tours, meetings and conferences, weddings, reunions, sports competitions, special events and film projects. VCB efforts generate revenue for resorts, hotels, condominiums and home rentals, as well as restaurants, retailers, attractions, recreational activities and supporting service companies.
