I also guided five journalists the end of April/beginning of May (four from outside the state) through our beautiful destination. History sails into Fishermen’s Village Marina (1200 W. Retta Esplanade, Punta Gorda) later this month when replicas of Columbus’ “Pinta” and “Nina” ships dock for a few days and will be open to the public on March 29 through April 3, 2013.
